SHIPPING

Colorado Cocoa Pod cannot be held responsible for any damages to packages that happen during or after shipping/delivery (heat, lost or stolen package, animal damages, broken bonbons due to shipping, incorrect shipping addresses, etc). We work hard to package your items to prevent damages, however, once your chocolates leave our hands, it is beyond our control. 

We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances.

FedEx DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a small, business that relies heavily on your support and understanding, we cannot accept any returns since our products are consumable & perishable.

Items shipped through FedEx, or other carriers can have an expected delivery date of anywhere between 2-14 days (for the Express Option). However, if your items have not been delivered within 14 business days from the ship date, please let us know and we will work to help file a claim with you.

At this time we do not offer refunds, and we will not reship items that have been broken, cracked, stolen, damaged, or lost due to shipping or after delivery. You are able to file a claim with the shipper and can email us at coloradococoapod@gmail.com if you need a packing slip for proof of purchase.
