Shipping, Return, & Refund Policies
Terms & Conditions
Colorado Cocoa Pod cannot be held responsible for any damages to packages that happen during or after shipping/delivery (heat, lost package, animal damages, broken bonbons due to shipping, etc). We work hard to package your items to prevent damages, however, once your chocolates leave our hands, it is beyond our control.
We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As a small, business that relies heavily on your support and understanding, we cannot accept any returns since our products are consumable & perishable.
Items shipped through FedEx, or other carriers can have an expected delivery date of anywhere between 2-14 days (for the Express Option). However, if your items have not been delivered within 14 business days from the ship date, please let us know and we will try to work out a solution with you. Chocolates will not be re-shipped unless it has not been delivered within 14 days & a file has been claimed from Colorado Cocoa Pod.
At this time we do not offer refunds, and we will not reship items that have been broken or cracked due to shipping. You are able to file a claim with the shipper on your behalf, and can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a packing slip for proof of purchase.
