SHIPPING, HANDLING, & TRACKING FAQs:
How do we ship?
FedEx Express via 2-day or USPS Priority (1-5 days).
When do we ship?
Shipping starts mid-October until Mother's Day
(unless it becomes too warm)
We drop off our packages to FedEx & USPS on Monday (unless it is a holiday, then on Tuesday) in the afternoon. Orders placed on Mondays will be shipped same day if placed BEFORE 11am MST or if our orders have not been dropped off yet. Orders placed after our 11am MST cutoff time will be packed & shipped the following Monday.
If you would like your order to be shipped on a specified Monday, please indicate the Monday Date in the Notes (on the Cart Page).
For orders shipped within Colorado, most packages arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday, but are subject to delays outside of our control.
For orders shipped outside of Colorado, most packages arrive on Wednesday or Thursday depending on weather, FedEx, & USPS, but are subject to delays outside of our control.
How are my chocolates packed?
Your chocolate order is hand-packed to the best of our ability in an insulated mailer with one ice pack if Colorado and/or the shipment destination is warmer than 60-65F. We highly recommend you add Extra Ice to orders being shipped where the weather is warmer than 60-65F and choose FedEx 2-Day shipping instead of USPS Priority.
If it is cooler than 60F, your order will be wrapped in kraft paper, recycled bubble wrap, and/or recycled air cushions. You are welcome to add an Ice Pack & Mailer or Ice Only from our Shop to any order for extra protection.
How do I place multiple orders to multiple address?
At this time, our website only supports ONE order per address. For multiple shipments to different addresses, please place separate orders.
How do I track my package?
Once your order label has been printed, you will receive an email with your tracking number (please be sure to check your Spam folder). If you do not receive a tracking number, please send us a message through our Contact Us page, or email us your confirmation and let us know you did not receive your tracking and we can resend it to your.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
At this time we do not offer any refunds or accept any returns of products or on shipping. We pack each & every order to the best of our ability and cannot be held responsible for theft, damages due to but not limited to: animals, weather, delivery, heat, neglect, shipping, etc.
Once your order leaves our hands, it is your responsibility to track your order, let your recipient's know when to expect their gifts, be available for delivery, schedule redelivery with USPS/FedEx, and for inputting the correct addresses & emails for shipment. We are not responsible for returned orders & will not reship returned orders.
If you place an order to be shipped to a state that is warmer than 60F, you are responsible for adding extra ice and choosing 2-Day shipping and acknowledge that we can not be held responsible for any damages in the event that your order melts in transit / delivery, and can not offer a refund or reship at this time.
If damages are the fault of FedEx or USPS, we are happy to help you file a claim. Please reach out to us via email or through our Contact Us page.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY:
For Porch Pick-Up from our location in Green Valley Ranch, CO, orders can be placed online for Next Day Pick-Up or Pick-Up at a later date. Make sure to select Porch Pick-Up, the Date, and approximate Time on the Cart Page. If you need Same Day Pick-Up, please send us a message to see if it is feasible before placing your order.
For Pop-Up/Market Pick-Up, please write the name of the Market & select the market date in the Cart before Checkout. This option is NOT available for same day pick-up.
We highly recommend bringing an insulated cooler bag with an ice pack to pick-up your orders for Porch/Pop-Up Pick-Up, to transport your chocolates home safely.
Local Denver/Aurora, CO Deliveries occur on Sundays & Mondays depending on our market schedule.
If you don't plan on being home when we deliver, please put out a cooler with ice packs on your front porch and we will place your order inside. This helps protect it from heat and possible animal damages.
