Shipping policy

Due to the fragility of our products and the heat sensitivity they have, we are not responsible for any damaged products due to shipping. Once we drop off your package, we can no longer guarantee that they won't melt or be damaged during their transport. We are happy to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and can do that if you send us an email with your tracking information and a photo of your damaged goods.  We highly recommend if you live in a state where it is warmer than 60F that you add an extra ice pack and mailer to your order and keep a close on your tracking number to make sure your package doesn't sit in the heat after delivery.
