Shipping & Returns

We ship 2-day via FedEx or Priority USPS (1-3 days) on Mondays at 12pm MST (or Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday). All orders placed before 11 am MST on Monday will be shipped same day. If placed after 11 am MST, order will be shipped the following Monday.

We highly recommend choosing FedEx 2-Day if you are shipping to a location that is warmer thna 60F.

We do not accept returns nor do we offer reshipping on damaged products after they have been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to damaged due to delivery, animals, weather, delays, etc.

Refunds are on a case-by-case bases and will only be refunded if refunded by FedEx or USPS due to delivery delays or deliery damages. We do not offer refunds on orders damanged to due melting in the sun after delivery, animal damages, improper storage of goods, or damages out of our control.
