Schedule a consultation with Chocolatier Liane PR to help answer questions about chocolate, tips and tricks for growing your chocolate business on social media, troubleshoot chocolate minor issues, or get small business advice! We can delve as deep into a subject as you'd like and as time allows. You'll get a personal 1-on-1 experience and help based on your specific needs.

Each consultation includes emailing/asking up to 5 questions prior to our virtual consultation. This will allow for Chocolatier Liane to quickly give you answers to your questions and you will be able to ask follow-up and additional questions during the consultation.

During Checkout, please select PORCH PICK-UP a TIME & DATE that you would be available in MST. We will follow up and confirm the time and date or reschedule if it does not work with our schedule. MONDAYS are preferred, but we can be flexible depending on the duration of the consultation requested.

Shipping & Returns

We ship 2-day via FedEx or Priority USPS (1-3 days) on Mondays at 12pm MST (or Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday). All orders placed before 11 am MST on Monday will be shipped same day. If placed after 11 am MST, order will be shipped the following Monday.

We highly recommend choosing FedEx 2-Day if you are shipping to a location that is warmer thna 60F.

We do not accept returns nor do we offer reshipping on damaged products after they have been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to damaged due to delivery, animals, weather, delays, etc.

Refunds are on a case-by-case bases and will only be refunded if refunded by FedEx or USPS due to delivery delays or deliery damages. We do not offer refunds on orders damanged to due melting in the sun after delivery, animal damages, improper storage of goods, or damages out of our control.
